The Refinery: Terms & Conditions

To keep this space supportive, respectful, and sustainable for everyone involved (including me!) - here are a few important things to note before booking your Refinery session.

Booking & Payment
Full payment (£29) is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Spaces are limited to 6 participants - bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to future dates.

Cancellations & No-Shows
If you can’t attend the live session, your place will not be refunded or moved.

Exceptions may be made only in rare, pre-agreed circumstances. Please email as early as possible if you’re unable to join.

What’s Included
A 90-minute live Zoom session focused on a specific business pillar (Email Marketing, Website Design, or Systems & Automation).

Tailored support based on one submitted challenge per person.

Shared learning from other participants' challenges and solutions.

Please note: This session does not include follow-up support or tech implementation.

Your Role in the Space
You agree to submit your challenge at least 48 hours before the session. This gives me time to prepare meaningful solutions.

You agree to show up with openness, and respect the time and space of others. The Refinery is a collaborative group setting, not a 1:1.

Recordings
The session will be recorded.

Recordings are only shared with attendees and are intended for review and reflection.

By joining The Refinery, you consent to being recorded and to that recording being shared exclusively within the participant group.

  • What type of support is included?
    You submit one specific challenge in advance, and I deliver your personal recommendations in our 90-minute live session! 1:1 tech support and follow up support is not included, but you are welcome to book a Practical Alchemy Implementation Session if you need support putting the recommendations in place.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you haven't submitted your challenge, you can request to cancel your place up to 7 days before the live session date.
    Once you have submitted your challenge, a refund is not available - as I will already have started work on your personalised recommendations.
